Shipping & Returns Standard Shipping Standard shipping rates are for UK Mainland deliveries.

You can expect your order within 5 working days (often within 2 working days). 

We may at our discretion use a courier service for orders placed under the 'Standard Shipping' option. Courier Service Courier service charges listed apply to NEXT DAY courier orders, 'NEXT DAY' is not guaranteed and a surcharge may be made to some postcodes.

All courier deliveries are calculated on weight. Saturday/Sunday collection/deliveries are NOT covered under the 'NEXT DAY' service and will be dispatched on the following Monday, so any order made on Friday after 10.00am will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

THE CUT OFF TIME FOR COURIER ORDERS IS 10.00am (Monday to Friday only) i.e order placed at 10.15pm on Friday WILL NOT be dispatched until the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

All packages must be signed for. In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.

Invoices A full VAT invoice will be enclosed with all orders i.e. it will not be sent to the billing address should this be different to the shipping address.

If goods are required to be sent under plain cover and the invoice sent directly to the billing address, please state this clearly in the 'Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order' box located within the checkout pages Returns Policy You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge. The shipping charge is not refunded.

All returns must be authorised by email first admin@circularenergy.co.uk Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be tested before a refund is issued (ex shipping).

Circular Energy will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping) If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
